Graduating from Istanbul University's Economics (English) Department, Ercüment spent over 20 years working as an economist in the financial sector. The analytical thinking, financial valuation, and risk governance disciplines acquired during this period became the bedrock of her entrepreneurial philosophy.
In 2013, she began lecturing on finance at Kadir Has University. Alongside her academic career, she closely monitored technological breakthroughs and the emergent economics of the global mobile application ecosystem.
The triumphs of independent app developers during that era catalyzed her transition into technology. However, her core motivation went beyond merely launching an application—it was about understanding authentic human needs and engineering digital products that address them meaningfully. With this vision, she founded her sole proprietorship in 2018 to launch her first mobile app project, taking her decisive first step into the software industry.

When I entered the tech industry in 2018, I did not have a large software team or an established technology firm. What I had was an idea and an unwavering resolve to realize it.
Over the years, we traveled a journey spanning the launch of a mobile application, building our own engineering team, generating new digital products, and conducting deep AI research.
